Mission
The Center for Culinary Culture tells the story of FOOD & DRINK through exhibits, educational programming, and a range of media. And it works with a global family of partners to help tell that story. Home to The Cocktail Collection and EatsDrinksTV, the Center celebrates our culinary past, present, and future and examines all things food and drink, from cultivation and preparation to presentation and consumption. Whether pursued communally or individually, eating and drinking are activities at once both wholly universal and highly personal. Taken together, they constitute a central aspect of human experience. The Center for Culinary Culture illuminates that experience…one taste at a time.
Understanding why we eat and drink what we do informs our values, choices, and understanding of the world.
